Arizona Rick The Magical Balloon Making Cowboy has been making the most fantastical balloon creations in Arizona for 17 years. He has enthralled audiences of all ages at venues such as The Arizona Science Center, The Biltmore, Desert Ridge & Wigwam Resorts, senior and retirement communities as well as countless pre-schools, elementary schools, birthday parties and grand openings. He has also been a regular fixture for the Library Summer Reading Programs for Maricopa County, the cities of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Mesa, Yuma and others since 2009. Always Fun...Always Amazing...Story-telling, magic and games ...all with Balloons! Find out for yourself!

The Globe Public Library Annual Summer Reading Program begins Wednesday June 12, 2013 at 10AM. The summer program is designed to encourage children to continue reading during summer vacation so that valuable reading skills won’t be lost. Children participate in crafts, stories, guest speakers, and more. The program is full of reading incentives, educational information, and positive social interactions.  The program will be Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10:00AM- 12:00PM. Wednesday’s program for children going into grades first through third next fall. Thursday’s program for older children going into grades forth through sixth.
