with Public Services Librarian, Veronica Hernandez
Attention Star Valley Residents,
On September 21st, Star Valley Park will be transformed into a haven of storytelling. Veronica Hernandez, the Public Services Librarian from the Gila County Library District, will share stories that resonate with both young and mature audiences.
Early literacy is the foundation for a lifelong love of reading and learning. Activities such as talking, singing, reading, playing, and writing are invaluable tools in nurturing young minds, and our event emphasizes these core tenets.
Furthermore, we’re pleased to announce that during the event, attendees can sign up for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library program. This initiative provides children with a free book every month, delivered directly to your home, helping to foster an ongoing enthusiasm for reading.
We invite you to bring a blanket or chair and enjoy a morning immersed in tales and opportunities. Join us and take a step towards enriching the literary journey of the young ones in your life.
