Kids in the Kitchen is Thursdays at 4 pm. This is a program to help parents feel more confident with having their children help with the meals. We will explore new foods and make new recipes every week. Ideas on how to get kids involved in making health food choices and what is age appropriate for kids to do will be covered. This is a family program all ages welcome.
