Thoughtful Thursdays is grab bag of relaxation at 1 pm on Thursdays. Coloring pages, relaxing music, and subdued lighting in the meeting room for adults to take a moment to relax and distress. There will also be other projects on some days if you want to try something new. Mental Health Bullet Journaling will be an activity in October.
